Returns and Exchange
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for an exchange within 30 days of purchase! We do not accept returns for Pippa retail stores' purchases or 3rd party retailers.
HOW TO RETURN and EXCHANGE?
- Reach out to us! You may email us at email@example.com. Send us complete details of item ordered that you wish to return and the item you want to exchange for it.
- A representative from Pippa team will get in touch to assist you. We will provide details such as the address where returned item will be shipped to and details of payment for cost of shipping the new item to be sent.
Note: As part of our policy, customer should shoulder shipping cost of item to be returned and the new item to be delivered.
- Ship back the item to us and pay for shipping costs for replacement, following details that our representative provided.
- Email us copies of payment as well as tracking number of shipped returned item.
- Please allow us to process the return in 2 to 4 business days, once we have received the returned item.
- You will be notified via email once your exchanged item is on it's way to your door step!
